H? are wrapping up ops atm. We are still taking the odd city or two from abandoned accounts in White & Black (they might as well be used for something).
If anyone in either of those alliances
is active please message me to sort out a surrender.

so these inactive accounts of white can be attacked by other players to take over a city or no?
I'm not fom the white alliance just wondering if the white players are fair game

Any account that is inactive is fair game for any player to attack....it does not matter what alliance they are in, although it might be a good idea to send them a message first just to ensure they have stopped playing and just not away on holiday or tied up with work or other issues

Yea, I'd have to agree. Inactives should be fair game for conquest. Look at the pop on some of them! 25% of even a 4k size city is still a 1k size city!
