Here's another one from our alliance forums:

Subject: Victorious battle against laurachristine's forces at funky town) by Empress Olivia's forces from Boomtown

Two opposing forces clash against each other.

Cavalry comes into its own when able to strike hostile forces at will, and from unexpected directions - and nowhere is this more feasible than on open plains. Lightly armoured spear units, however, prefer terrain where there's some cover available.

Fighting defensively on open plains, cavalry draws strength from the ability to form and reform their lines of engagement depending on the direction of battle, and it is here where cavalry excels.

to be perfectly honest, I wasnt expecting to see such big armies quite so soon.
And with so little to steal or infrastructure damage to cause etc, economically, losing a large army may be better than keeping one, lol.

Out of nowhere I was attacked by Shafattack. I would just like to thank him - LOL. This is the best boost I have had to my ranking yet.
