It depends on the level of your brewery, a level 20 makes one wine in 12hours.

Base fermentation time is 5 days. It is decreased by 1/(1-(0.045*Lvl)) for each level of the brewery. A level 20 Brewery is 10x speed, so the wine-making time is 12h per barrel.

Now I really want a nice glass of vino rosso!
