This is where I can´t seem to grasp the concept of players that think they have a right to impose the following on other players:
1.     Pay taxes instead of there being a requirement to exodus
What Jax is saying is that currently, players that land a town in their “land claim”, are required to exodus, but if Stomp agrees to peace with Hansa, they will not require players to exodus but to pay taxes…
I simply don´t understand this, and it´s fine, they seem to think they have a right to play that way, I have the right to challenge their land claim, and that´s what this is all about.

*NEVER said I wanted to there to be a requirement of taxes instead of exodus. I only said that because that's as much of a change in our land claim policy you can get out of us in return of our peace offer. Stupid of me to put it there anyways, considering you see no difference.  *I said that'll be the most you can ask of us if need be.* I offered Stomps gold and a permanent limit to our land claim (as we plan to expand it), nothing else.

i wonder why one would deprecate T-SC's chances of enforcing a claim as a part of the Dark Star Dominion. would anyone fighting back against a T-SC eviction not run afoul of the entirety of the Dominion?

Looking at RE's memberlist these days, they are nothing to sneeze at either...

angrim, i have discussed this with several other leaders of DSD alliances before T-SC even made the land claim and the consensus was "that is a T-SC issue and we don't need to get involved."  so if T-SC decided to force an eviction then no the rest of the DSD will not back us.  the only reason T-O backed us on this war is because pico attacked us for no other reason then we posted something in the forums that he did not like, namely that we had made a land claim.

personally i was not expecting any backing from them.  we only informed T-O about the attack because that is our standard operating procedure.  in fact i suggested we just use the attack to delay STOMPs and get everything else out of elgea while we were losing that city.  T-O decided differently

and as for forcing an eviction, talking to the other officers in T-SC we see this as a growth planning tool so if the city doesn't really mess with our growth plans or any other player's (that has applied through us) growth plans into our claim, then why should we waste our time evicting it?  i mean we do have that discretion clause and why have it if we don't plan on using it?  as for enforcing it, yes i believe that T-SC has the capability to enforce it on a local level.  maybe not against all alliances in all of illyriad but as this war has shown we don't really need to beat the elgea alliances, just keep them outside of our claim.

edited for spelling

Why would you end the war when SIN is the author of these Land Claim thing?

I sense fear in the air. :)

In hindsight, I should have gone after Sin first, I had no idea how things would unfold, live and learn.

SIN is the first alliance who state their claims in Fellandire.
