We need diplo scouting

         With the last bunch of changes we now have the ability to attach spy, scout and assassin units to army, to defend. We can also send diplo units with a commander and reinforce a city.
        
         

        
        
         I think we need an option to scout diplo units, at this point, or when more diplo changes will came (probably on fight method).
        
        
         

        
        
         Add to spy or scout the ability to report about diplo units, or give it to the about useless Saboteur.
