The more she is fed (; this is done by sending dips and troops on suicide missions) the more land she corrupts, once she covers enough terrain she begins to beat (I think she needs about 70 corrupted squares).

When she beats you send units at her, they are corrupted and march back against the city that sent them, these corrupted units may randomly drop a tentacle (of your racial type) if they are defeated by your defending force.

I think that about sums it up.

In regards to the tentacles, I do not think anyone has found a use for them yet, even collecting one of each racial type in a city does not seem to do anything.

It seems very explicit the answer to me. Just the mystery is if it is enabled/implemented whatever Audrey has to do, i.e. we still have not discovered what triggers it, or if it will happens in the future despite our current efforts.

Another point to think about for anyone trying to work this out is the Ancient temples around the HoC, these change to a different name when Audrey goes live, they must have some connection to what happens.

I think they may just become called 'corrupted temples' and it is when the corrupted land expands to include the 3 temples that the HoC goes live.

This sounds like fun, I'd like to participate as well.
