Two opposing forces clash against each other.

Cavalry comes into its own when able to strike hostile forces at will, and from unexpected directions - and nowhere is this more feasible than on open plains. Lightly armoured spear units, however, prefer terrain where there's some cover available.

Fighting defensively on open plains, cavalry draws strength from the ability to form and reform their lines of engagement depending on the direction of battle, and it is here where cavalry excels.

Well, up around the frozen middle-north we have the best reports we could hope for: virtually nothing is happening. Almost everyone - Valar, PA, Champs, etc. - seem to be acting as if we're at peace.

The one bloody blot is my own attacks, continuing my stated policy of de-fanging Lorre: if he has no troops, he can't attack anyone. Hopefully I'm killing his men up here as fast as he can build them; sadly his other cities are out of my range. If sanity prevails and formal peace returns, such attacks will obviously stop, and we can return to proper peace.

-138|-199  was razed.
223|57  was never under siege.

I am picking up information from Herald. -138 -199 still exists.

Since this WAR is over, I hope that warring parties will add WAR reports to this thread now.

looks to me like -138/-199 was razed and -138/-198 is now being sieged.  It's a tight cluster, all with the same name.

For the record, 223, -57 was a fake siege consisting of one military unit and one catapult, it was NOT a siege.    LOL   I know because I sent it.
