Description fixes
        

        
         Couple of small fixes to mis-described buildings:
         

         
          The Empty Town plot building list described Forges as producing swords, whereas these are produced in the Blacksmith, and Forges instead produce Plate Steel. This was correctly described elsewhere.
          The Description of the Blacksmith had a typo in "Chainmail" which has been fixed
          The Empty Town plot building list described the Tannery as producing Saddles, whereas these are produced in the Saddlemaker (duh eejit GM Stormcrow), and the Tannery produces Leather Armour. This was correctly described elsewhere.
