New Additions/Changes (09MAR):
Resource bar tooltips
A better explanation has been added to the resource bar tooltips. There is now an explanation as to what resources you hold; what's produced, what's queued and where it's produced. Just leave your mouse over the item for a second or two.
Military summary page
In time for the war, this page was cleaned up and given the extra detail offered by the Diplomacy summary - so you should be able to understand a lot more what is going on in the military world.
Page load times, cross browser
Page data and images have gone a diet; so page loading should be faster and more responsive. Also the pages should behave better in a much wider cross section of browsers.
Buglet (resolved): Quests requiring goods you cannot send
You will still be offered (and can accept) these quests, but you will now receive a message informing you that you cannot send this type of item (and what you need to research or build) if you do not have the ability to dispatch the item.
Pre-requisite Change: Siege Engineering
Siege Engineering skill now requires Stonemason at Level 5, rather than simply Stonemason at Level 1
Buglet (resolved): Combat Outcome Messages
Combat Outcome Messages (Battle Reports) were not displaying participating defending troops who were part of the unit pool. Whilst they were participating (and living/dying) in combat the Battle Report did not reflect this.
Buglet (resolved): Defending Armies "paralyzed"
Under certain circumstances defending armies would sometimes refuse to get off their lazy behinds and leave the Barracks to defend their City.

They have been severely reprimanded and should now participate properly in Defence in all circumstances.

Minor Change: Unattached Defending Commanders
Just want everyone to be aware that Commanders, if released from their divisional military duties, will go up into the hills nearby to till the land as a simple farmer and spend time with his or her wonderful family.

This means that your Commander will be unavailable to help defend your town.

If you want a Commander to help defend he must be attached to a defending Army Division.
