Hi all,
UK1 stopped responding at around 20:30 on Saturday the 22nd of May, and came back up at 22:20.
The outage appears to have been a hardware issue of some sort at the server hosting end.
Whilst we're awaiting a full report and post-mortem, we'd like to thank Webfusion for resolving the issue pretty darn swiftly for a saturday evening.
The Illyriad world continued as it was during the outage, and everything that was due to complete, arrive, harvest - or whatever - via orders submitted before the outage did so.
Some harvesting caravans may have ended up with a few extra resources as a result; and players will be allowed to retain these.
We apologise wholeheartedly for any inconvenience caused.

this still does affect us, cuz we cant get in and do anything . This is crazy.

Well yea happens, think this game is one of the most reliable/stable i've seen yet so think the ones hating this outage the most are the developers who are dependable on the host (for which im still thinking of an appropriate spell!)
