Nothing fancy here - we're simply the best new alliance in the game, period. If you have a newly started character, as a new player, returning player, or alternate character, the WAVE has a different path for you than the going trend of Training Alliances.
We are Terra-Forming the region known as The Wastes. It is not an easy strategy, but it has rewards in the longer term if you stick with us. The strategy is best employed by brand new characters who have never used their Tenaril Spell of Relocation before. When you view our Member list, anyone in the Rank/Role of Fisherman and above can recruit you into the Alliance. As of today's post, we are at 35 and growing. I only started heavily recruiting again in the past two months, with the Lords of Ultima shutdown providing a surge of new members. More about us: we make no claims as a Training Alliance, but I guarantee you will learn from us. However, you will learn more toward the ways players did in the beginning of this game so that you round out your knowledge and skills as an individual player. And while the process is to make you a rounded player, you will end up better postured with towns that are more capable than the average player in game. Your 8-10 town spread will be more resource and/or militarily capable than average players in the game. Short history of this alliance, since I often get asked why it languished since starting in 2012: this is my alternate character. My main remains anonymous in the ongoing world war in the server, and my gameplay increased in more recent months due to the war. I had previously set up the alliance to be prepared for potential water-based play in the game, which never matured fully, so that initial version of the alliance withered once water play fizzled. However, we still keep the theme of our roles and towns that tap the water as best we can, while employing a new strategy of terra-forming. Tsunami is not for everyone, and it takes at least 1-3 months just to get "started" by moving towns to The Wastes. However, once we have more players migrated to The Wastes, the WAVE is sure to grow in intensity. For more information, contact Myll in game, or Ista, preferably. Ista is serving as the "Fisher King" as the lead recruiter for now. Come ride the WAVE with us. Myll Anchorman of Tsunami |
