I plan to move a city soon. Since I have one trader in a hub, how do I recall him so I can move the city? Ty.

Trader doesn't need to be recalled in order to move a city. But to send a trader back come first you will be in the city the trader if from and then go here

I should have also said I have vans also in the hubs. I sent back the traders ok. When I went back in to the same place to recall the vans, that option was not there. Do I go to another place? Ty.

You need to select the hub the the vans are in from the drop down menu that is on that page

Yes, I did that and I see 2 vans in Centrum but there is no option on that page to recall them. I have already recalled my trader but now I need to recall the vans or I won't be moving, how exactly do I do that?

That is true you do need a trader in the hub to be able to recall vans

Yes - you can send anything to a hub, but need a trader in the hub to get your stuff (including vans (if vans were sent to stay)) back out
