I currently have two towns. One town has already built a Trader who is now located in a trade hub. If I send items from my 2nd town to that same hub, are they available for me to retrieve even though the Trader there was originally built in a different town?

Yes. Your trader from the other town can sell the goods for you or send them out.
The most efficient way to use trade hubs/traders with multiple towns is how you describe. Have one town with all of your traders, then the rest of the towns just need to learn faction markets and they can send the goods into the hubs for your traders to sell on their behalf. :)

you sending tothe hubyour trader has from any of your city and they are stocked
you can sell them from the city you have trader

Thanks Luna! I thought it would work that way, but I wasn't completely sure. I have focused one town on resources and trade for that reason.

if i have goods at a X hub how can i sell to other hub or city directly

Other players can buy from you and they can pick it up at the hub you have traders in (I assume that's what you mean by "sell to city directly". You can send goods to other hubs, but you can't sell them from the other hub unless you have a trader at that hub.
