Trade Orders page: include Hubs in text search

         Currently, we can type a 
        Player Name, or a 
        Town Name.
        
         

        
        
         I'd like this to also include faction Hubs, so that:
        
        
         
          Player Name also searches in faction names, and
          Town Name also searches in hub names.
         
         
          This would save lots of time when sending resources to Trade Hubs. Currently, you must type the hub name into the generic search box (top-right), view the map, and then Send Resources. There are other ways, but they involve clicks and list navigation.

	+1 I have thought this many, many times myself. Drives me nuts to do the map dispatch, especially with the small chance for error. Many more times, I will get the order set up, only to realize that I have changed my mind, and don't want to send to my town, I want to send to my hub stockpile nearby.
