Well, I say 18.512 M, and I have no idea where to look up the current overall casualties (as I'm too lazy to add up all the squares atm). Thus it's just a rough guess... =)

I really shoulda checked how much eachs quare already lost.. 9.3m losses was nowhere near high enough. I should have at least doubled my guess :P

When I made my guess I think it was around 16M total so a lot of people were probably too low.
