Not sure where Fluffy got this data but at that time, this was the top 10.

I wonder if ScottFitz has that city maxed out pop yet... If he is maxed i'm kinda surprised there aren't more maxed cities. Takes alotta prestige I guess.

Also for self-reliant cities having maxed pop is a bad idea anyways.

Creature.. My city Pompeii is maxed out. I'm not completely sure why Scotts city has more population but I thing thats because he has a diferent balance of resource tiles wich gives him that 37 more population.

Edit: Ow wait... I overlooked something... damn.. I forgot to build a vault LOL (gives me that 37 more population)
