Timestamps in Reports

         It'd be more convenient (and consistent) if the times shown on various reports showed in the same 24-hour time format as the game clock. It would allow a much quicker "at a glance" reference rather than having to mentally convert standard 12-hour am/pm clock time to a 24 hour clock.
