I have made a ticket about something in game but i never took an answer
Today i was going to see what happened on my ticket but i found that the ticket is gone...
Tried to make an other ticket but seems its bugged..
Any ideas what is happening....??
ps.My previous ticket(that it isn't answered yet)is still there
My new deleted after some days...

Send a mail with your petition number to accounts@Illyriad.co.uk or mail GM Luna on the forum.

I don't remember the number and i wished it was mailed but nope..
Anyway i will make an other ticket..Hope their support will be better now!

You should also send a mail to accounts@illyriad.co.uk or mail GM Luna on the forum. Or both.

Just a reminder that sending a petition in game is the best way to get technical support help. If we haven't yet responded to your specific ticket it doesn't mean we aren't aware or aren't looking into it. Some questions just may take more time to respond to than others. Please be patient with the support system. Thanks!

Im not judging or something i just said that the customer support for a good game could be better

I have several unanswered tickets, some dating as far back as August.
That's discounting one from May 2010 that's unanswered/unassigned but no longer relevant (regarding visibility of "level 21" building upgrade controls), another from July 2010 requesting clarification of gameplay mechanics, and a third from December 2010 asking how a bunch of commanders became unassigned from their armies while one of them turned into
3 dead versions of himself (no military activity of any kind occurred during this incident). I only counted petitions regarding bugs that are still active and in effect.
I've held my tongue except in the smallest of private circles up to this point, but either there's something seriously wrong with the petitioning system or the team is way overdue for hiring someone to assist in handling it and/or providing UI maintenance and bugfixes.

Mine and others patience is being strained due to this pressing issue (failure of attention to petitions).
Devs: Fix issues paying players have. Further tenants, additions and developments to Illyriad are a miss priority when fundamental flaws/issues exist and require resolution.

Hi all,
With relation to the backlog of petitions, it is something the dev team (and myself) are very aware of. We are not purposely or willfully ignoring them, though I understand if you may feel that way. If you have a ticket open that is about an issue that is truly affecting your ability to play the game properly, feel free to amend your petition with an update just letting us know it still needs attention. If you have petitions that are about issues that are no longer relevant, feel free to let us know to close them.
The balancing act of creating new content verses polishing existing content is a constant one. Please hang in there and be patient with us as we juggle.

A button to close petitions might also help. That will relieve the dev team of having to read petitions that are no longer relevant.
