Keep in mind I am well aware of lower pop players... I am thinking that a 250 troop tournament should be started also. With the buy-in much cheaper for the players to enter. The buy-in for this tournament will be 50,000 gold. Top player will win 300,000 gold and the 2nd place finisher will win 100,000 gold. Same rules as the 1000 troop tourney but smaller amount of troops and smaller buy-in.
The location of the tournament can change for both pops depending upon who wants to play in this tournament.

Only 500 troops? Well of course the last guy there is just gonna win there. What made the blood bowl interesting was the unknown from the other players, like me getting my ass kicked by an unknown.

Okay think this through, how are you going to figure out a buy-in for players that have 10k troops and a player with only 500 troops? I am pretty sure I have thought this out far longer than you have.
