I like the idea but the problem is that in this current setup, a player with only diplo will never win against a player with only army... simple as that... but best of luck with your guild :)

Yes, fight against suppressing the illy elite (whoever they are)...
No one should be suppressed unless they enjoy it. Definitely against suppressing the illy elite.
