Hello..

i would like to ask if its ok to attack players that arent very active?

For example, my city is out of protection, and so is the other.....hes got like 0-3 population

and so i attack him so that i have the spoils (resources)...many times
im taking advantage of that player though....hes not online for days as ive observed....


thats ok right? i mean i even send him letters to reply if hes online so that i would not attck him again


P.S. : the games good no problems :)

i've got plenty of inactive players around me that i loot every day
seems like a great way to get resources, and if they don't play you aren't hurting anyone

You can but just remember that his resources will drop down so best to raid them once a day to let it build back up.
