        To whom it may concern, 
        
         the sovereignty squares are nice and all, but can the training camps created by researching them allow players to build up various military, spy, thief and other unit types' attributes such as movement speed, attack power, carry, defense etc, by visiting the various campsite ( researched through Sovereignty) associated with each attribute type and completing missions or some other odd jobs and gain attribute points to add to their commanders.
