        Sovereignty Release 4 of 4 

          Military & Diplomatic Unit Production

          The remaining 30 skills and 6 structures for constructing Unit Production speed bonus Sovereign Structures are now live. 

 This brings Sovereignty to a close, with 2 exceptions: 

           Hostile Army Actions on Sovereign Squares 
 You can currently put a hostile army on another player's Sovereign Square and counter-claim Sovereignty. However, siphoning off resources and halting the other player's sovereign structure benefit are not yet live.
           Sovereign Square world map graphics 
 We intend to add graphics onto the world map for Sovereign Square structures.

 These remaining items should both come over the next few weeks. 

          Unit Production Speed dynamic adjustments

          Units 
          currently in production in the Barracks and Consulate will now have their speed affected by upgrading or downgrading the building (by choice or by siege engines making the decision for you). 

 This means that if you set a bunch of (eg) spearmen to build, and then upgrade your barracks half way through, the remaining units will build at the new, faster speed.
