          Town Summary Changes

          The Town Summary has had a few things added, and a few things tidied up. 

           It now shows costs for Sovereignty claims and Sovereign Production Structure Upkeep
           Bonus buildings like the Carpentry and Flourmill now have their level displayed
           The Food Consumed column is now summed at the bottom
           Each Subsection (Wood, Research, Food, etc) now shows all the inflows, outflows and balance - which should match your Resources bar at the top of the screen

        Sovereignty Release 3.5 of 4

          The next 60 Sovereign Technologies and Production structures have been released and can be found in the new 
          Sovereignty section of the Research Summary. 

 These Sovereign technologies relate to item production. Unit production sovereign technologies are still outstanding, and will comprise the final Release 4. 

 In addition, some clarity has been added to the popups on the world map when you click on a square - they now specify that all Sovereign Production Structures will give 5%, and then give the 
          additional bonus that certain structure/terrain combinations provide. 

          Sovereign Technologies

          These have been moved into their own category on the Research Summary, displacing "Discoveries". 

 Discoveries have been integrated with their major grouping; for example 
          Block and Tackle is now 
          Discovery - Block and Tackle - and now appears in the Trade Summary.
