         to let another player control my cities when i'm out i have only to appoint him in the account dettails or have I  to give him also my password?? or what...?

	just appoint him in the account details. No password needed. Just make sure you trust the person though.

	Account Details on his login => Take control You have to be logged out. He will not be able to spend prestige or change your pword but that's the only restrictions IIRC
