i guess you would prefer to lose building levels then, or just randomly decide when "give up"..
hardly genius?
man, wall levels are lowered by siege weapons. and a siege war game i guess that's the most handy AND harmless(?) way to determinate who loses. they also can be rebuilt, even in action, wich makes up for the little number (20) hitpoints.  i guess you just hate me cuz i am smart.
