Would it be possible to make it so that members of an alliance could siege an account labeled as abansoned regardless if they are in the same alliance?

Let abandoning keep them on the alliance member list, but throw another flag that makes them neutral to all parties for siege purposes.

One thing I have to say though. There are inactive accounts as well that maybe haven't played for +1 year. To siege them you still will need to leave. Since that is there, I don't think the Dev's will work on this anytime soon, or ever.
