Yes, thank you Luna.  As I relatively new player I would be horrified to lose my two small towns so arbitrarily so I can imagine what people with more would feel.
As for anyone who thinks there are too many inactives, why don't you clean them up yourselves and give your siege engines something to do?  In fact, form an alliance for like-minded players to speed things up - maybe call it  the No Inactive Players Society or NITS for short Big smile.
