SAGES is recruiting!

Founded by Mara Zira, Sages is a small peaceful group of researchers,
exploring the vast possibilities, myths, hidden mechanics, landscapes,
history, diplomacy,...  of Illyriad.

Due to friendships, common interests and for mutual defense, we are a founding
 member of Consone, and proud of our goals and achievements so far.


But now, all this is at stake. Misunderstandings, fear, possibly greed followed
those uncountable possibilities opened up by the recent game changes.

Consone is facing the biggest war in Illyriads history, and Sages chose to fight with them!

We're defending freedom of mind, as much peace as a browser game can achieve, 
and diplomatic solutions whereever possible.
And that against the attack of an alliance, which
is commonly associated with similar goals.

Yet, as a peaceful, non militaristic alliance, we are weak, and not much help for the confederation. But what we can offer is lots of free space for new players!

Every player is welcome to help in this defense!

What we offer:       - Small, usually peaceful alliance under protection of a big confederation.

- Huge store of newby guides and experianced players, both in alliance and
 in Consone forum.

      - At this time of year, we offer additional experiance in defensive combat,
under the organisation of Consone military experts.  Wink

What we expect: - Usually we want peaceful researchers, but now we also take warriors
and battle mages  Wink

- Biggest point: Respect your enemies, no attacking of peaceful members
in enemy alliance, diplomatic but clear posts in forum

So you declared a war then now are asking for players to join SAGES to help defend you in the war that you declared?

Starry, Consone requested RES's assistance which was refused and greeted with a Consone siege on RES.  These Consone fellas are a very "interesting" bunch.

Membership:

We assume that many of our Apprentice and Journeyman members will move on to Invictus or Victrix, but we hope to have a group of dedicated players who will stay in SAGES and join our team in its goal of discovering the details of how Illyriad works. Larger players who are interested in this goal are welcome to join SAGES. It's alright if you have a second account in another alliance, but please tell Mara Zira who your second account is when you join.

Btw, I think it's comical VIC alts are recruiting through Sage, or is that not true?

I know you know but many folk don't and might not understand the sarcasm in all the posts above.
So, just so everyone is in no doubt.

Sages is mostly VIC alts.
