I cannot log in. please read my previous post in this thread. I was just logged in with no problems changing pages and no lags. I am using windows 10 in chrome. I was able to do everything except see the markets. When I refreshed my page there were only large circles down the left side of the page and no graphics. I am completely tech unsavvy and have no idea what to do. I am not having problems with any other websites, such as my email, streaming vids or reading news. I have cleared my cache and scanned for viruses and everything else I can think of doing. I really need to log in because I left bacon out and the rats might get it.

Terra - have you tried installing a different browser to see if that works?  IE, Firefox....

Has Illy ever worked for you with the Win 10 / Chrome combo?  If so, when did it last work?  What changed at that point?

I currently use Windows 10 /w/ Chrome and have not had any issues related to this particular issue.

The problem is probably related to something else.

i have been using windows 10 with chrome since the account was created. The problem comes and goes and is ruining my bacon.

as of system time 7 Apr 17:17 it is working. I expect it to happen again so I'm putting the bacon in the fridge and killing rats. Please make it stop!!!

When you ARE able to log in, please file a petition about this.  This will help them track the problem.

It is also worth pointing out that if you have more than one browser running simultaneously that it could come into conflict with one another as well to the extent of either Chrome or Firefox failing to load your homepage as well.

In which case you would then have to select with browser you want to keep use that and delete the one the other one from your system.

I had this happen to me and deleted a browser and kept one and that resolve my issue.

I am not aware of any browser running besides Chrome. Is it possible for Edge to be running if not open and I don't know it? Edge is the only other browser I have on this laptop and have never used it except to download Chrome when I opened the Laptop new. I've been ingame all day and sent a petition, mainly so Rill will stop telling me to. The problems were gone most all day but now things are slowing down again. Also this morning I couldn't see the markets from any city.

I use Firefox and Chrome simultaneously (but only one with my main, one with my alt…)

File a petition next time you get in. I need more details. Also, please do try another browser and let me know.

Screenshots, anything... just more details please.
