I'm using firefox.  When you mouse over a tech to research an info box pops up; however, if the tech was at close to the end of the page the box popes up with half of it off the screen.   I can zoom out but then every thing is so small I can't read it.  I have fond a work around by using the D-pad and the mouse but it is slow and annoying.

try a different browser like Google chrome. but try to stay away from internet explorer for that thing is nearly satirized with viruses (depending on what you do). safari might work but i never use it.

Chrome has the same problem, the info box only works if the corresponding tech is at the bottom of the browser window (=> info box above tech within window) or at the top (=> info box below tech within window).  Otherwise the info box can end up truncated at the top or bottom of the browser window.

This could be a browser bug, some internal Chrome calculations fail for a default zoom level > 100% or a similar issue.  If the info box position is calculated in some Javascript used on the Elgea server it could be also an issue in this Javascript library.

Just scroll the page up or down a bit and the tech info should go the other way, or you should be able to read it then. That's what I do.
