 Topic: Res plots missing

Hello,
Last night i captured a new city and apparently there are a lot of problems in the city.
The major of them is that i missing my resources plots(apart from food ones),and i can only have 1 resource plot of each resource...
Its causing my new town to fall apart and i cant do anything...
Please do something about it...

An exodus will fix the problem. Depending on the size of the city you captured it would be a faster fix than waiting on the petition.

The city has 300 population..How i can wait for that and the company ignores me?

Petitions are a complete waste of time. Quicker to have someone raze the town for you, then settle the spot if you still want a town there.

It is really sad..I supported them with buying prestige and they dont care about players....

I do not see anyone here saying they hate the developers. bolvar wrote a petition as soon as he was aware of the problem and then chose to write a new topic thread in Technical Support, so that he could obtain more attention onto his issue.
In my opinion, this was a smart thing to do. He could easily end up waiting weeks or months for his petition to be noticed/reviewed and during that time, he would be losing the city he captured.

Exactly...
Seems the customer support is not bothered on actually doing customer support...
It is so bad considering how awesome their game is:(
Still waiting for my ticket to be responded or here...
Will prolly abandon town or siege it again...
