Rankings: active players only

         Without starting a debate on the accuracy of rankings, I'd like the 
        ranking positions and graphs to exclude players who are inactive for more than 21 days.
        
         

        
        
         So, rather than seeing x of 11500 (which refers to current accounts), we'd see x of 2400 (or whatever the current value is for active players).
        
        
         

        
        
         Edit: So what I'm really looking at is the set of 'actively playing' accounts, rather than those accounts that the 
         Enforced Account Removal routine hasn't yet deleted. i.e. I have a different definition of "active" than the conditions for account deletion would suggest.

	totally agree, too many inactives in this game, found that out when doing dips for this war....shocking
