Possible in game music?

         I was searching through the suggestion pages when I came across a very old thread of mine titled "music" with absolutely no views. I'll bring forward the idea here.

Since the game has regions now and npc's specific to that region is it possible to have a region specific music played in the game?

There could be a volume control setup for those who wish it louder or quiet"er" and a mute button as well.

Anyways give opinion on it.

I'm aware that the dev's well be more focused on the npc factions then any new ideas, but I'm just bringing the idea out here.
