Hi folks,

After days of scouting a vast area I cannot find any queens hair leaves. Can anybody tell me where they tend to be? Or if they know of any anywhere near my two cities. I`m in the north west of the middle kingdom

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Hello,

Azura, Windlost and Zanpur are some of the regions in Elgea in which you can find queen's hair leaves. The Middle Kingdom has probably too temperate a climate to allow that plant to grow.

Scouting herb patches around the map is a good way of finding approximately where the resources are. If you only want a small quantity, sending groups of herbalists from your Middle Kingdom cities will do, since queen's hair leaves are relatively common (at least in some regions) and are not the kind of resources people fight for. But if you want larger quantities and a regular influx, you might want to get a city closer to the patches.

Jungle adjacent areas often have Queens Hair Leaves.  You can't spit in Pawanallpa without hitting Queens Hair Leaves.  They are also available to buy in Centrum.

Kul Tar is full of them. Look in the forests bordering deserts.

This was surprisingly interesting... I was going to suggest riverbanks in northern climes. I harvest a lot of QHL along the banks of the river separating Windlost from Ragallon where, just like in Pawanallpa, you can't spit without hitting them.

(Not very many seem to be harvesting them up here, and with only 3h harvesting time you probably won't get bumped too often, so long distance harvesting might be an option for you. Patches usually hold ca 50 but sometimes less, so don't send 60 pickers to the same spot!)

The thing I find interesting is that Windlost/Ragallon is about as far from a jungles or deserts as you can get. Could it be closeness to water in general that determins their preferences?
