Someone who is burning that 90 prestige an hour (along with Kumo's previous comment and not even considering the res input) will be spending about 40 pounds per day just to continue to hold onto the city, so you should really feel proud Geoffrey because you are hurting them so much more than you had initially intended to  lol

Hm....
If small amount of catapults is sent so storage capacity does not max out, actually prestige quick building could work even with blockade, since you salvage resources from destroyed buildings...

I saw this strategy when Finnnnnn tried to save his city, but 80 catapults is just too much and in one hit warehouse was down by 4 levels...

I think Geofrey got a point on this, and the issue is already on developer's list.
