I like the fact that it's a mysterious discovery only known to those who have 10 cities.  Everyone knows about its existence and how to get it, and we have some idea what it dos ... but the details? Mysterious.

I'd rather wait to have 10 cities to find out.

well, it looks disastrous, since you need 233000 for ten cities but tord only has 216000, so it seems to have killed a lot of his peeps, lol.

Which I have now done.  But I don't remember the actual costs for researching it so someone please do fill that in.

heh, it has something to do with producing more food in your tenth town i believe, I'd have to check and see though.

HM, if you are referring to "famine management" discovery, no research is necessary - its given upon founding your 10nth town.
 
Im not sure if I am using your wiki correctly, but it seems to me you still need the "Allembine research" and the discovery from the fantastic brewery added.
