         A sentence in the the description of the skill "Covert Operations" reads "This skill allows you to carry out military maneuvers that are unreported to your own alliance's operations list." 

I spent some time looking for the operations list but I can't seem to find it. I am assuming that this information is restricted to the leader of the alliance. What kind of information is on the list? What type of information is hidden by the covert option?

	There is no alliance operations list at the moment, although the implementation of one was suggested/hinted at in the distant past. This skill will still let you choose to carry out operations that your allies will be unable to see on the world map though.... useful if you're worried about spies, or you're planning to attack someone you shouldn't be. (I think, I haven't tested to see if this is working 100% correctly)

	With the new unit graphics on the World Map no longer displaying the pop-up advising Confeds of player and # of units, Covert Ops is less important. But the idea was to allow a player to keep secrets from his own alliance and Confeds.
