Adressed to Kurfist, Orc.

The honourable council in the imperial palace of Terra Prime gathered on the issue of the claim from one 'Kurfist' on a body of water near his place of residence.
The deliberations continued for a number of hours deciding on what course of action (if any) should be taken. The case of Gratch, who has also claimed this body of water (at a time before the Orc Kurfist attempted to claim the same location) should also be taken into account.
The honourable, and noble courts of Terra Prime recognise Gratch's claim as the legitimate, and Kurfist as the aggressor in this situation. and after deliberation past a decleration of assistance, extended to Gratch, should he wish to solidify his legitimate claim on the lake.

The decloration of assitance includes:
The re-arming of soldiers killed or wounded in the lake conflict.
Deffence assistance for his cities, however we won't directly attack.
Resource shipping to repair damage inflicted by the Orcs bloodthirsty attacks.

The Orc war machine will not be allowed to walk all over players, nor bully them from their land (in this case, water) when a legitimate claim by a higher species has been made. It should have been up to Kurfist, to examine all other possible claims to the lake body in question. failure to do so can only be attributed to his lack of want for the lack itself, and/or, but not limited to war mongering for other claims he might have known about.

This was passed by the highest authority in Terra Prime, Capital city of The Red Order.

Sincerely, First Minister of his most sacred order. Honourable Knight of his respectable order. Noble of his honourable and respectable lands and people. Lord Sir Thordor Kerrigan the first.

All i know is that The Red Order has no bearing in this what-so-ever and i doubt that they should be listened to. They have no relevance in this at all and should probably withdraw all allegiance to said player because it is done for unethical reasons.

It's nice to know once in a while when someone is role playing or just being a pain. I can respect a role player, not a person just being a pain in the ass.

From what I think I read here Kurfist means this as a role playing element, serious as it is. I respect that.

Obviously it won't affect me nor my alliance, but it's good to know someones values in this game, wether they be based on role playing or real life.

In this case, Kudos Kurfist, may your alliance live long, or die in bursts of flame... if it is the latter, then it won't be my doing... i prefer swords and slaughter in general Evil Smile
More Orc, less talking!

All that is said is my own opinion. I am not a leader nor voice for Invictus. I will always abide by Invictus's rules.

[03:30]< Kurfist> I win.
[03:30]< Kurfist> I win the lake!

I win the battle, and temporarily win the lake.

/me considers summoning the Cave to take the lake.... but no. I claim the pass between Ragallon and Lucerna. Much more strategically important.
