official water claim

I Kurfist,
 hereby claim the lake that rests to the west of my capital, approximate coordinates of  950  -279  for use of my alliance, for training methods. I claim this lake for the future path finding and naval updates that will be released in the following years.

I also claim the ponds located to the east of my capital, coordinates are "960 -283" ,"965 -283" and "968 -281".  These ponds are future secure naval sites for my alliance "skullcrushers"

I am aware that another alliance resides near this lake, however I copied the chat log that held the discussion between myself and the alliances leader on to this thread. In this log myself and the leader exchanged comments, while he claimed that he had claimed such lake long ago, however when asked for the claim he refused to bring it.  This leads myself to believe no such claims existed and therefor this lake is free for those whom claim it, that such person is myself.





I hereby list the punishments for trespassing upon my lake.

For use of Naval units upon my lake without approved tribute* to kurfist,   punishable by naval units being destroyed, and raiding upon players town.

For use of unauthorized building of bridges, without approved tribute to Kurfist, punishable by raiding upon builders town.

What I plan do to with this lake is, create  my own web of bridges across the lake, allowing myself faster travel and possible income if tolls designated by Developers.  I plan on building future naval units, and will use such to enforce control within my lake.

With many such alliances such as Dwarven Lords claiming their own alliance areas, areas that only they could dwell, being tolerated. A simple water claim, such as this lake, a mass of over 300 squares, squares that can not be settled upon.


I will however allow

Simple bridges between landfall and the islands located within the lake, so that the players on said islands can transport units to and from landfall without use of my tax. Maximum bridge length, 3 squares.


Any alliance that is on friendly terms "NAP or higher" to travel freely and use designated squares "as designated by kurfist" for their alliance.

Below is a chatlog concerning where I alerted global and the alliance leader "Gratch" to my claim.
I should hope that others will approve of this thread and its subject, however no trolling or off subjects conversations or comments are allowed on this thread.

Due to the lack of ability or lack of want to retrieve a declaration of ownership by the existing members of the alliance D'hara Empire, any claims that appear, will be ultimately turned aside.

If any new claims appear, by new parties of the global community, they to will be turned aside. If the new parties wish to seriously claim the lake and the ponds located to the east, they will initiate combat with skullcrishers, winner take all.


*- The tribute must meet with Kurfist's approval.

I am afraid it is too late, you could have brought that up while we were discussing the matter on global, however you chose not to.

Also from the conversation we had in global,
"[19:28]<Gratch> Think what you like Kurfist. I claimed the whole of Kul Tar long before you"  According to the thread you just pulled up, "The Con Orc" made the claim, not you.

Best for the claim to be out in the forums now, then when the water becomes useable and others claim it.  Mark my words when the naval update comes out, you'll be seeing many claims like this.

I just want to sneak a pipe in some lovely spot of water and drain all the forge slag out my town...
