So I was looking around at the crafting items trying to figure out what I wasn't to attempt to start building and I found this. 


A bow that gives bonus to attack and defense during night and vs undead. TI'm slightly unsure what it means by night. I assume it means night as in during server time but who knows, maybe it suggests there will be a night cycle sometime. The main thing that caught my eye however is the +18% vs undead. Aside from the tourny, we haven't seen any undead since then and it would seem silly to specialize units for a tourny that we may or may not ever see again. 

So I'm thinking this suggests that we're going to see an update that introduces undead on a constant basis. It could be factions or it could be something else but I thought it was interesting and wanted to share. Has anyone else found crafting items like this that hint towards possible updates? I'm probably going to start looking now.

The ebony spear and the ebony hilt sword are also good against undead

Yep, and there's some weapon with bonus against animals or monstruous... Sounds like some more fun to come :)

I've noticed a few weapons and armors on Quackers profile ( http://elgea.illyriad.co.uk/#/Player/Profile/97413) that aren't on the research tree

I didn't have time to check them all, they are probably discoveries that we must find. Or might be stuff that has not come out yet. Pretty sure they are discoveries. I'll go back over the list and double check stuff agian. :)

It looks like this will enable Mana Power Boosting at least. The Legend of the Alda Amar Empire gives some hope to the possibility of trading Mana using a perfected Amar Technology, which we can only hope The Circle are currently looking into.
