New players. Players who join game have no idea about the player created rules and will enter into conflict after they settle their first city or sending out gatherers.
You guys crunching out new rules every other day to make game interested. But you underestimate one thing, the rules you create are gibberish that only you understand them.

i m a player moving to BL from elgea and doing this just because i like military action .
but its a simple thing if u want to fight those who don't want to fight u . then why u fear when some one tries to attack u with whom u don't like to fight
