moving trader

         sent trader to wrong hub
        
        sent my trader to a HUB, hub claims the trader is there
        
          
        
        
         yet if i try to send him to another hub illy claims i have no trader to move even tho the trader is listed as being in the hub.
        
        
         cannot even send trader back to home town, in order to try to send him to the right hub.
        
        
         have now given up with this daft trader idea and as i cannot move him or use him, can i destroy him as this is a total waste of time.
