Manual Queueing: a 'wish list'

         I understand the reluctance to offer more than two items in the main queues (build, research). Perhaps allow items to be put on a 'wish list', and then from that list (is an exact copy of the corresponding 
        Build Now row), one can click 
        Build Now  when there is room in the actual queue.

This keeps the player returning to the game, as intended, but allows some advance prep.
