I have been unable to login to Illyriad for the past 3 days manually or with facebook says user name or password is incorrect when I try manually and nothing happens when I click on connect with facebook. any suggestions?? anyone know how to get password reset? or if they are even aware of the problem?

We are aware of the issues with Facebook logins. Check your email address connected to your game account to see if you got an automatic password change. (Make sure to check spam folders too.) If you haven't gotten one, send an email to accounts@illyriad.co.uk and we'll send you a new password.

I've sent two requests to the email address and have heard nothing back. Yes, I checked my email and my spam -- nothing. :-( I know I'm whining and impatient, but I am going out of town and will have VERY limited internet access while I'm gone so I'd hoped to be able to do some advance planning and stuff before I left.
/me sighs...
and whines... just a bit....
and grovels....

I got in although I had to sign out of facebook.
