House of Plantagenet is seeking qualified leaders

House of Plantagenet is seeking a few good men (or women) who are gifted in leadership abilities.  Our governing design is a democratic round table format allowing each member of the court to have a say and a vote in matters that require a vote.  The King of the Realm will have jurisdiction in all matters concerning the Alliance and will be responsible for making the final decisions.

Military Organization:  The right person will have the ability to build a strong military defense system by training others and establishing strategic military strongholds for the defensive purposes of the alliance.  This person will be a member of the Court of the Round table with voting rights in Alliance matters.

Must have the following attributes and qualifications;

·        Good communication skills; listening/teaching

·        Patience

·        Positive attitude

·        Knowledge of the different races and their military abilities/assets

·        Willingness to help share assets/resources when necessary

·        Minimum of five advanced cities and minimum pop of 70k +/-

·        History of devoted service in another alliance (with references from same)

·        Devotion to the game; on line often and available to the alliance members

·        Willingness to follow directives of the Alliance leaders

·        Willingness to put Diplomacy ahead of military action.

This position will start off in a lower leadership position and will grow into a full military command position for the right person.

Diplomacy Coordinator: The right person will have strong communication skills necessary inter and intra Alliance negotiations and problem solving. Also should be well trained in the use of Diplomats in support of military operations and self defense; will function as a recruiter/screener for the alliance; will be coordinating communications of various operations of the alliance. This person will be a member of the Court of the Round table with voting rights in Alliance matters.

·        Good communication skills. Listening/ teaching

·        Patience

·        Positive attitude

·        Knowledge of the different races and their diplomacy measures and counter measures.

·        Willingness to share assets/resources when necessary

·        Minimum of five advanced cities and minimum population of 70k+/-

·        History of devoted service as an officer involved in diplomacy communications with verifiable references

·        A level of devotion to the game that will allow their presence several days per week.

·        Willingness to follow directives of the Alliance leadership

 

Magic Artisan: The right person will be adept in the use of magic for defense and when necessary offensive measures.  Will support the military when necessary and train mages within the alliance.  This person will be a member of the Court of the Round table with voting rights in Alliance matters

·        Good communication skills. Listening/ teaching

·        Patience

·        Positive attitude

·        Knowledge of the different races and their functional use of magic..

·        Willingness to share assets/resources when necessary

·        Minimum of five advanced cities and minimum population of 70k+/-

·        History of devoted service in an alliance and focused on magic as their Path choice

·        A level of devotion to the game that will make them available several days per week.

·        Willingness to follow the directives of the Alliance leadership

 

All leadership positions will start out at the basic officer position which is Knight RT (Knight of the Round Table) and will have governing and mentoring responsibilities.

All positions will have a two month probationary period in which to prove their worthiness of the position to which they will be promoted.

 Other positions will depend on applicant’s game history and ability to communicate effectively.

All applicants will be required to take an oath of loyalty.  In addition all officers must live up to the Knights code (inter alliance code of conduct).

good luck to you starting an alliance is hard

The trade and craftsmanship is already covered.  It was left out for that reason.  I was thinking that some of the more qualified people in the game who have been kept from having a shot at something like this would be willing to apply and/or take a chance.  We will be an honest, peaceful alliance.
