Lack of upgrade option is mildly dissatisfying.  Lack of upgrade option AND lack of any way to disband units is outright annoying.

Yeah its a bit steep imo too!
Make it 2 spears 1 leather armor and 1 chainmail like the humans >.<

It is 2 spears 1 chain and 1 leather and 1 beer, pretty sure thats what I said, if not I was lying, which is also quite common.
