Hi, in addition to my problems with one trader at ellesmere hub (petition sent) I seem to have yet another problem.

I have 330000 food at ellesmere; I have trader at ellesmere and I have vans at ellesmere. When I click on a buy order for 102000 I am told I have not enough res /not enough funds (I have nearly 2 M there). When I try to retrieve my goods I am told I have only 1 van available when there are about 20 in total. What am I doing wrong?

Better to make a screenshot and post it as a picture, because your msg seems to be full of garbage HTML code.

I've sent many vans in and out of trade hubs and sent vans from one hub to another. Never had any problems with that.  I think problem might be that you have caravans from different towns and try to send one big shipment out to another hub or town. Have you tried to send many small shipments only using caravans from one town in each transfer?

Stupid question, is the buy order from another player's trader at Ellesmere or is it a buy order from a city?

I have not had problems before but this problem is with a buy order from another hub  I think.

@ Bonaparta, I can't seem to get a pic into this forum.... or not yet anyway.....(not nerdy enough maybe lol)

I am trying the suggestion of the small shipments...I'll let you know

You also have to make sure you have enough gold at the hub to pay the tax, if you are selling.  That might be what it means by not enough funds.  When sending goods to any hub for the first time, it's a good idea to send 100k or so gold as well to take care of this sort of thing.

@RatuJone: quick picture creating and posting tutorial:

  • Press Print screen button on the keyboard (next to scroll lock)
  • Open image editing program, Paint in Windows works fine. 
  • Paste the screen shot (CTRL+V). 
  • If you want you can crop the image to include just the area you want  - select crop command and area. 
  • Save the picture.
  • upload the picture to any free picture hosting service. I prefer tinypic.com .
  • In forum choose insert image and use the link provided by tinypic.

P.S.
I have large food buy offer in neighboring hub Madh Kala Uruk. Feel free to experiment with large and small shipments Wink

In the "Accept Buy Order" screen, do you see the text that says " Deliver from and pay to Hub office: "?  When I tried to buy from another hub (not the one where any of my trader are) I didn't see that text.  Which means the city is accepting the buy order, not the trader.

Do you see that text on the "Accept Buy Order" screen and if not do you have the resources in your city to fulfill the trade order?
