Geomancer bonus and city wall pop

         One of my cities used to have a Geomancer's retreat but I have since demolished it completely, yet I still receive a partial bonus for it.  Looks like it didn't reduce it when I demolished from L1 to L0.  Petition #7765.
        
         

        
        
         City wall food consumption (20/hr for L20) does not look like it gets added into the city pop (does not show up on the Resource Summary page).  Petition #3828.

	City wall population never counts either to the population or the food consumption. Hasn't since I started a year and a half ago, so I think we've started to see it as more of a "feature" than a bug.
