To post a picture, click on the insert image icon. Then pick choose file and upload. Then you should see it pop up in the preview area, click OK and it will put the image in your post.

Apparently there were a lot of options like frame and icon color that I didn't see. Maybe it gives more customization options to Facebook members?

I am not a Facebook member, they are there you just have to look for them.  I didn't see the frame option at first.  To change the color just click on the color when you are placing the icon.
